Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Solution Engagement
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers.
- Provide technical direction and review solution designs and code.
- Allocate work and ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.Understand customer operational challenges, data availability, and business constraints.
- Translate business problems into practical AI solution opportunities.
- Build and demonstrate Proofs of Value using customer data.
- Present AI solutions, outcomes, limitations, and trade-offs to business and technical stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies proactively.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
AI Solution Delivery
- Design and deliver AI solutions across:
- Computer Vision
- Route and Delivery Optimisation
- Agentic AI and LLM-based workflows
- Lead the complete AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, model development, evaluation, integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Define standards for data quality, model evaluation, performance monitoring, and production reliability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following:
- Computer Vision
- Logistics or Route Optimisation
- Agentic AI / LLM-based systems
- Working knowledge of the other AI domains relevant to the role.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with modern AI technologies such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and model APIs.
- Proven ability to convert business requirements into working AI prototypes quickly.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing technical discussions.
- Ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements.
Preferred
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail, or field sales.
- Experience with vehicle routing and scheduling using OR-Tools, heuristics, or optimisation solvers.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP AI services.
- Knowledge of Docker, MLOps, and production model monitoring.
- Experience deploying models to edge or mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of SQL and operational data.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
