Key Responsibilities
1. New Store Openings & Expansion
Plan and execute new store openings in line with the company’s growth strategy
Conduct location feasibility studies and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchandiser, design, supply chain)
Oversee store setup, staffing, training, and go-live execution
Ensure new stores achieve targeted sales and operational benchmarks within defined timelines
2. Sales Training & Development
Design and implement structured sales training programs for store teams
Build product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and service excellence
Coach and mentor Store Managers and Sales Associates to improve performance
Drive a performance-oriented culture through regular reviews and feedback
3. Retail Operations & P&L Management
Own and manage store-level P&L, ensuring profitability and cost control
Monitor key metrics such as sales, margins, inventory turns, shrinkage, and staff productivity
Optimize store operations to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements
4. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, motivate, and develop multi-store retail team
Set clear targets and KPIs for stores and review performance regularly
Identify talent, support succession planning, and reduce attrition
5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards
Ensure consistent brand representation and visual merchandising standards across stores
Drive superior customer experience and handle escalations when required
Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and repeat business
Educational Background:
➢Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Business, or related field.
➢MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
➢Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role in brand management, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or jewellery.
➢Salary Compensation- 12.00 LPA to 14.00 LPA
