Job Summary :
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort property.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property, handling guest-related concerns, coordinating with staff and ensuring smooth overall operations of the resort.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage overall resort property and kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness and smooth functioning of the resort premises and kitchen area.
- Supervise kitchen staff, housekeeping staff and other support staff.
- Monitor food preparation, kitchen hygiene, stock availability and inventory management.
- Ensure all kitchen and property operations follow safety and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest concerns related to property maintenance and food service professionally.
- Maintain records of inventory, maintenance activities and operational updates.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of kitchen equipment and resort assets.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in resort, hotel, property or kitchen operations management.
- Knowledge of kitchen management and property maintenance.
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
