*Job Summary*
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide an exceptional shopping experience, assist customers in selecting jewellery, achieve sales targets, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
*Key Responsibilities*
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery based on customer needs and budget.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and care instructions.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
Process billing, payments, and customer transactions accurately.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showcases are clean and organized.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock verification.
Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and jewellery trends.
Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Follow company policies regarding security, cash handling, and inventory control.
*Requirements*
a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
0-2 years of retail sales experience (jewellery or luxury retail preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Basic computer and billing/POS system knowledge.
Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
*Preferred Skills*
Knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Strong attention to detail and product presentation.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
