Job Description – Payment Follow-up Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Payment Follow-up Executive for our jewellery business. The candidate will be responsible for handling payment follow-ups with clients, maintaining collection records, coordinating with the accounts team, and ensuring timely payment collections from customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Follow-up & Collection
- Follow up with clients regarding pending payments through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain regular communication with retailers, wholesalers, and business clients for outstanding collections.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for payment-related updates.
- Ensure timely collection of dues as per company terms.
Accounts Coordination
- Maintain records of outstanding payments and collection status.
- Update payment details and follow-up reports in Excel or accounting software.
- Share regular collection reports with management.
- Resolve basic client queries related to invoices and payment details.
Client Coordination
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Send payment reminders and statements to customers.
- Coordinate with clients for payment confirmations and receipts.
Required Skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and record maintenance.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and politely.
- Good coordination and time management skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
