Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Business Analyst Agentic AI In this role you'll be responsible for analyzing audit exceptions collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing corrective actions. This role requires a strategic approach to exception handling and preventive measures to enhance operational efficiency.es. Responsibilities: - Exception Analysis: - Analyze exceptions raised during audits to identify underlying causes and trends. - Resolve standard exceptions and escalate systemic or high-impact cases for further investigation. - Collaboration & Corrective Action Planning: - Work closely with AI operations and delivery teams to develop corrective action plans. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams to implement solutions. - Documentation & Impact Tracking: - Track and document all exceptions resolutions and their business impact to maintain transparency and accountability. - Provide detailed reports on exception handling and resolution outcomes. - Subject-Matter Expertise & Preventive Actions: - Offer subject-matter expertise on exception handling protocols to guide teams in effective resolution strategies. - Recommend preventive actions to minimize recurring exceptions and enhance operational efficiency. - Leadership and Strategic Thinking: - Guiding and inspiring individuals or teams to achieve common goals. - Motivates and encourages collaboration and innovation among team members. - Involves planning for the future by analyzing current situations and anticipating challenges. - Requires a comprehensive understanding of organizational objectives market dynamics and competitive landscape. - Identifies trends evaluates risks and develops long-term plans.
