- One-on-One Counselling: Provide confidential, non-judgmental emotional and psychological support.
- Academic & Career Guidance: Assist students in setting achievable academic goals, developing study strategies, and exploring vocational or higher education paths.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between students, parents, and teachers.
- Crisis Intervention: Act quickly to support students facing severe trauma, behavioral issues, or acute mental health crises.
- Workshops: Conduct seminars on mental health, stress management, time management, and career planning.
- Referrals: Identify severe cases and connect students with specialized external healthcare providers or psychologists.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and school administration to develop individualized learning and support plans.
