About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, generate quality enquiries, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding, social media, performance marketing, and customer engagement while contributing directly to the company’s business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other social media accounts.
- Create marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, enquiries, and sales.
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Improve website SEO and optimize product listings.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, video editors, and content creators for campaign execution.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and new technologies.
Social Media Management
- Plan and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Create engaging captions and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Increase followers, engagement, and community interaction organically.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Assist in planning product photoshoots, promotional videos, and seasonal campaigns.
Enquiry Management & Sales Support
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Facebook, website, and walk-in enquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, packing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and build long-term customer relationships.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be available to respond to important customer calls and WhatsApp messages after office hours whenever required, especially for urgent, last-minute, or high-value customer and corporate orders.
- During festive seasons, promotional campaigns, product launches, and bulk order periods, be willing to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays whenever required.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and customer orders.
- Continuously suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve enquiries, customer engagement, and sales.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication with customers and team members.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing (Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and basic graphic design tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or video editing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
