About the Role
Reward360 (R360) is India’s loyalty commerce infrastructure company, powering the engagement platforms behind some of the country’s largest banks. We’re looking for a Product Design Intern who treats AI as a design partner, not a buzzword.
This is a hands-on, builder-first internship. You won’t spend six months annotating other people’s work — you’ll use AI tools to research, wireframe, prototype, and ship real interface work on a niche product that reaches millions of cardholders. If you can take a problem on Monday and put a clickable prototype in front of someone by Friday, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll work directly alongside product, engineering, and the founding team. There’s no layer of bureaucracy between your ideas and the people who decide what gets built.
What You’ll Do
- Turn a problem brief into wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes — fast.
- Use AI design and prototyping tools (Figma + AI plugins, v0, Claude, Midjourney, and similar) to move from idea to artifact in hours, not weeks.
- Run quick desk research and lightweight user input to understand who you’re designing for and what they’re struggling with.
- Generate multiple directions for a screen or flow, put them in front of the team, take feedback, and iterate without ego.
- Edit AI-generated output critically — keep what’s good, fix what’s generic, and make the final result feel intentional and on-brand.
- Communicate design decisions clearly — a short rationale for why a screen works the way it does is as important as the screen itself.
Maintain a clean, scannable record of your prompts and process, so the team can see how you got from brief to build.

Who You Are
- You’re currently studying or recently graduated in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field — or self-taught with work that proves it.
- You have a portfolio, class projects, side projects, or hackathon work that shows you can take something from problem to interface.
- You’re fluent (or learning fast) in Figma, and comfortable with at least one AI tool you use in your actual workflow.
- You understand the difference between a design that looks finished and one that actually solves the problem.
- You treat AI as leverage, not a shortcut — you use it to do more and better work, and you can tell when it’s steering you wrong.
You’re curious, fast, and not precious about your first draft. Feedback makes your work better, not defensive.
-
Bonus Points
- Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS or how components work) so you design things that can actually be built.
- A point of view on motion and micro-interactions — how transitions make an interface feel alive.
- Experience prompting AI tools well — you know good output comes from good input.
Interest in fintech, loyalty, or consumer products at scale.
-
What You’ll Get
- Work on a real product used by millions — your work ships, it doesn’t sit in a folder.
- Mentorship with the founding team and senior product people, with direct feedback and zero red tape.
- The chance to build an AI-native design practice from the ground up — a skill set most designers are still catching up to.
A pre-placement offer for interns who deliver — strong performers have a clear path to a full-time role.

How to Apply
Send your portfolio (link preferred) and a short note on one thing you’ve designed or built with AI. We care more about how you think and what you’ve made than your CV.
