About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Avadi.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing and payment plans to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and handle their queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with real estate, field sales or direct sales experience will have an added advantage.
