Job Title: Telemarketer – Sales
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers by phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.

- Time management and organizational abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer objections.
