With the next big leap in this space, we are looking to strengthen our EMS (Expense Management Solution) Team by bringing in a solid sales professional in this space, who can further grow the business and help us achieve the leadership status in the industry.
Context & Key Responsibilities –
A young and energetic sales professional with proven track record of successfully selling SaaS products across markets. A savvy professional who is comfortable meeting and exceeding targets and working under timelines.
An incumbent should be self-motivated and excited in selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. Responsible for Sales & Business Development for India other geographies going forward. The candidate should have a good mix of product and business acumen, ability to liaison with CXOs of large corporates.

Drive the EMS sales in India and abroad

Own top-line sales targets for entire assigned territory

Gather strategic market insights and share valuable customer inputs and share the same with Head of Product and others for continuous product improvement

Meet/e-meet customers multiple times in a week to understand their pain points and possible opportunities.

Lead customer product/sales demos and take contract negotiations to closure

Coordinate with existing internal stakeholders such as product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure smooth relationships with enterprise accounts

Attend events and thought leadership forums to generate leads by nurturing relationships with CXOs of enterprise accounts
Must Have's –
-
6+ years of experience into Solution / Consulting / SAAS and |or ERP / Financial Services based Sales/BD (Preferably large Enterprise Solutions)

Experience in handling large accounts/ Strategic Accounts

Experience in building and managing high performance teams

History of achieving/ exceeding sales targets

High degree of comfort with technology and latest changes in the tech space
Qualification & Exposure –

MBA from a reputed Business school (though not mandatory)

Experience in Start-up eco-system / growth stage companies
