Hiring: Engineering Lead – Web, Mobile & AI/ML Development

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end development of web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. The role requires a balance of hands-on coding, AI/ML integration, team leadership, project analysis, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and architecture for web, mobile, and AI/ML-based applications
- Work hands-on with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, and AI/ML frameworks
- Design and integrate AI/ML models into production systems (recommendation systems, NLP, predictive analytics, etc.)
- Analyze requirements and prepare project scope, proposals, and estimations
- Manage deployment on AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, GoDaddy, including ML model deployment pipelines
- Lead and mentor the development team; ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with international clients and handle technical discussions
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Laravel, Node.js, and Python
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Knowledge of cloud hosting, server management, and deployment (including ML workloads)
- Experience in project estimation and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Good English communication for client interaction
Preferred
- Experience in scalable architecture, MLOps, and DevOps practices
- Exposure to mobile app development
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLM APIs, or AI-driven product features
