Key Responsibilities: Contact potential and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls to promote telecom products and services.
Deliver product knowledge and information clearly to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on requirements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads, renewals, and potential opportunities in a timely manner.
Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales.
Provide after-sales support and resolve any customer queries or complaints.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills: Any Graduation or post-graduation
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers are welcome. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (mandatory)& Hindi (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
