We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO. The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor, capable of managing end-to-end SEO activities and driving organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and rankings
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, and overall on-page SEO
- Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including high-quality link building
- Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, etc.)
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams for SEO implementation
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs and ROI
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end SEO execution
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Experience in handling high-traffic or enterprise websites
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript SEO implications
- Exposure to AI-driven SEO / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
