Job Title: Event Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating event bookings, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum monthly event booking target of ₹2 lakh.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end event execution.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: 7% of booking revenue generated above ₹2 lakh per month
Candidate Preferences:
- Prior experience in event management, sales, business development, or client servicing is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
