About the Role-
We are looking for an experienced Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of experience and a strong passion for research, storytelling, and high-quality writing. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language and the ability to write in a clear, engaging, and authoritative style. We are looking for someone with a journalistic approach to writing, someone who can research complex topics, ask the right questions, identify meaningful insights, and turn technical information into compelling stories and narratives for a business audience.
Key Responsibilities
● Research, write, and edit technical and business-focused content across multiple formats.
● Create high-quality blogs, website content, press releases, news articles, editorials, thought leadership pieces, and case studies.
● Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand content without losing technical accuracy.
● Develop content around technologies such as AI, HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, cloud technologies, data, and emerging technologies.
● Conduct in-depth research using credible sources and industry insights to create well-informed content. ● Write content with a journalistic mindset, including strong headlines, compelling narratives, fact-based storytelling, and a clear point of view.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts, technical teams, marketing teams, and leadership to gather insights and create authoritative content.
● Create SEO-friendly content while maintaining a natural and reader-first writing style.
● Review and edit content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, tone, structure, and consistency.
● Stay updated with emerging technology trends and industry developments to identify relevant content opportunities.
Requirements
● 3+ years of professional experience in content writing, technical writing, journalism, editorial writing, or a similar role.
● Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary.
● Proven experience writing technical content for technology companies, SaaS, IT services, or similar industries.
● Ability to research complex topics independently and present them clearly and engagingly.
● Strong journalistic and storytelling skills with the ability to create content that informs, educates, and engages readers.
● Experience writing across different formats, including blogs, web pages, press releases, news articles, and editorial content.
● Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on the target audience and content format.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
Preferred Skills
● Experience writing about AI, HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM, SaaS, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise technology.
● Understanding of SEO, AEO, and content optimization.
● A strong portfolio demonstrating technical, editorial, and journalistic-style writing.
