What You Will Do:
- Develop, configure, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities across modules
- Collaborate with global business users and IT teams to deliver effective solutions
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies, sprint planning, and ongoing team discussions
- Investigate and resolve incidents, including root cause analysis for major issues
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 to 6 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes such as incident, change, and problem management
- Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, or JSON
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with global stakeholders
