About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Assistant who will support end-to-end shoot execution while also contributing to influencer marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both on-ground production work and digital campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing all activities during shoot days
- Organize products, props and shoot requirements as per plan
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams for smooth shoot execution
- Support scheduling of models, photographers and cinematographers
- Maintain records of shoot schedules, resources and deliverables
- Assist in identifying and onboarding relevant influencers
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines and deliverables
- Support execution of influencer marketing campaigns
- Help track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Maintain relationships with influencers and external partners
- Act as a coordination link between creative, marketing and production teams
- Assist in content planning and execution for campaigns
- Stay updated on social media trends and content formats
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Visual Communication or related field
- Basic understanding of production workflows and influencer marketing strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and coordination skills
- Good decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Strong observation and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Prior exposure to media production, shoots or influencer marketing is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in both production and digital marketing domains
