We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Service Team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth service experience through excellent communication and coordination. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer service requests
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
- Update customers on service status
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
