Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the showroom, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Effectively convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Conduct timely follow-ups on customer enquiries, both in-person and online.
- Manage and respond to online enquiries across various platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all enquiries in tracking sheets.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including post-sales coordination, ensuring smooth order processing through to final handover as per client requirements.
