Understand client profile and counsel team on visa services.
Guide clients on required documents, file and preparation , and application process.
Maintain regular follow up with leads.
Assist with university course selection.
Meet monthly target and revenue targets.
Build strong rapport and provide end to end support until visa approval.
Co ordinate with tele calling and other teams for smooth co ordination.
Any graduate can apply.
Basic understanding of visa services is required.
