Job Summary:
The Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
· Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
· Register customer requests and complaints in the system.
· Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
· Follow call scripts and quality standards.
· Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or concerned department.
· Maintain call handling time and productivity targets.
· Ensure a positive customer experience during interactions.
