1. Site Supervision & Execution
- Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction progress and report to Project Manager.
- Check line, level, alignment, and structural dimensions.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of work.
- Inspect materials delivered to site.
- Monitor concrete works, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.
- Maintain quality checklists and site records.
3. Manpower & Resource Management
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor labor productivity.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
