Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and offer suitable freight forwarding solutions.
- Negotiate rates in coordination with the pricing team to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
- Deliver sales presentations and explain company services effectively.
- Update CRM, maintain sales records, and generate performance reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate any industry
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales.
- Freshers are also welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
