PDI Technician (Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PDI Technician to perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of vehicles before customer delivery. The candidate will ensure that every vehicle meets company quality standards, is free from defects, and is ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complete Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new vehicles.
- Check vehicle mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Inspect body panels, paint quality, tyres, battery, lights, and accessories.
- Perform fluid level checks and top-ups as required.
- Identify and rectify minor defects before delivery.
- Complete PDI checklists and maintain inspection records.
- Coordinate with service advisors, workshop staff, and delivery teams.
- Ensure vehicles comply with OEM quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles for customer handover.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and dealership SOPs.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle diagnostics.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. (DKH Kia -)

Experience
- Fresher or 1 years in automobile service, workshop, or PDI operations.
