Master Trainer

About the Role
The Master Trainer will design and deliver high-quality, three-day training programs for final-year undergraduate students, covering key financial literacy topics such as money management, digital payments and fraud prevention, smart banking, budgeting, savings, SIPs and compounding, credit and CIBIL awareness, insurance, taxation, and financial discipline.
The role also includes developing training content, building trainer capacity, monitoring training quality, and ensuring effective learning outcomes across project locations, with a strong focus on promoting financial awareness and responsible financial behaviour among youth.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver training sessions on money management, digital banking, budgeting, savings and investments, credit awareness, insurance, taxation, and financial discipline
· Develop, review, and update training content, modules, and learning materials
· Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) and provide ongoing guidance to trainers
· Ensure standardization and quality of training delivery across project locations
· Assess learning outcomes through evaluations, assessments, and feedback
· Support implementation of training plans and ensure timely completion of training schedules
· Coordinate with project teams, training centres, and stakeholders for smooth execution of training activities
· Conduct monitoring visits to assess training quality and provide coaching to trainers
· Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and documentation
· Prepare training reports, presentations, and progress updates for the project team
· Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant learning methodologies into training programs
Qualification & Experience
· Postgraduate in any discipline (Management, Education, Commerce, or related field preferred)
· 5-6 years of experience in financial management training and capacity building
· Good understanding of banking, financial planning, digital financial services, financial inclusion, and government financial schemes
· Experience working with youth development or skill development programs will be an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
