We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure, networking, and toll management systems at our Toll Plaza/ATMS projects. Freshers with strong hardware and networking knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or hardware support preferred.
- Freshers with sound knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting are also encouraged to apply.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, networking equipment, and systems at Toll Plazas/ATMS.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/WAN, printer, and CCTV-related issues.
- Provide technical support for ETC/Fastag systems and toll management software.
- Monitor servers, system performance, data backups, and network uptime.
- Deliver on-site technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset records, service logs, and system documentation.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and operational standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking (LAN/WAN), Windows OS, and basic server administration.
- Understanding of CCTV systems, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project/toll plaza locations, if required.
