Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented manager to lead our team and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of mandatory managerial experience in the BPO sector, along with strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals and operational targets.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintain high levels of customer and employee satisfaction.
- Support management in achieving business and operational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role in the BPO sector is mandatory.
- Any bachelor's degree is required.
- An MBA will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent team handling and communication abilities.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
