Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Neuron Rehabilitation is expanding our home care division.
We are hiring 3 highly clinical, autonomous Physiotherapists to manage home-based patient care. This role requires sharp clinical reasoning, the ability to work independently, and the logistical readiness to navigate daily travel while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive in-home physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (focusing on Orthopedic, Geriatric, Neuro, and Post-op care).
Execute evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functional independence.
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, ergonomic modifications, and fall prevention protocols.
Maintain accurate, daily clinical documentation and patient progress reports.
Coordinate effectively with senior clinic management regarding patient status and treatment modifications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of clinical experience. Prior home care experience is a strong advantage.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. This is strictly mandatory for home care visits.
Language: Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
Skills: Strong manual therapy skills, independent clinical decision-making, and excellent bedside manner.
