Job Responsibilities:
- Group-Wide Financial Oversight: Manage the accounting, taxation, and financial operations of all companies under the Belcon Group of Companies to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial statements for each entity under the group, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable tax laws.
- GST Filing & Compliance: Oversee GST filings for all group companies, ensuring timely submission and compliance with GST regulations. Address any discrepancies and coordinate with tax authorities when needed.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle corporate tax filings, TDS returns, and overall tax planning for all group entities. Manage tax audits and resolve tax-related issues efficiently.
- Auditing & Reports: Prepare auditing reports, manage internal company audits, and coordinate with external auditors for statutory compliance. Ensure proper documentation for financial audits.
- Internal Company Audit: Conduct periodic internal audits for all group companies to maintain financial transparency and adherence to company policies.
- Banking & Financial Reporting: Manage banking relationships, oversee financial transactions, and prepare financial reports for banking requirements, including cash flow and loan management.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise and ensure proper accounts payable and receivable management across all group entities, maintaining financial discipline.
- Costing & Budgeting: Analyze operational costs across multiple entities, assist in budgeting, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Provide financial insights and reports to the senior management for strategic decision-making for all companies within the group.
- Coordinate with Main CA: Act as the liaison between the company’s management and the external Chartered Accountant for all taxation, audit, and compliance matters.
- Financial Systems & Automation: Maintain and improve financial reporting systems across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and support junior accountants working for different entities under the Belcon Group.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- CA (Chartered Accountant) OR
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) with extensive experience in financial management.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting & finance, preferably in a group of companies or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Expertise in managing auditing, internal audits, and financial reporting.
- Experience handling multiple companies’ accounts under one group is preferred.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and Tax Laws.
- Excellent financial reporting, auditing, and analysis skills.
- Ability to handle multiple company accounts efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
