Position: Marketing Executive – Digital & Brand Coordination
General Manager – Marketing
The Marketing Executive will act as a key support resource to the GM Marketing and will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing initiatives, remarketing campaigns, social media activities, offline marketing executions, corporate tie-ups, event coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role requires a highly organized multitasker with good understanding of digital platforms, marketing tools, and stakeholder coordination.

Assist in planning and execution of campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.

Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for content creation and campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance and generate periodic reports.

Ensure timely publishing of social media content as per marketing calendar.

Execute and monitor remarketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and CRM platforms.

Coordinate lead nurturing activities through WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other channels.

Track lead conversion performance and recommend optimization opportunities.

Maintain campaign databases and audience segmentation.

Act as a central coordinator for all marketing-related activities.

Follow up with vendors, agencies, designers, content creators, and branch teams.

Maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and activity calendars.

Support GM Marketing in execution of strategic and operational tasks.

Coordinate execution of local marketing activities, activations, and promotional events.

Liaise with vendors for branding, printing, fabrication, and event requirements.

Ensure timely availability of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Track event performance and maintain execution reports.

Support development and execution of corporate tie-ups and partnership initiatives.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with corporate clients.

Maintain records of ongoing and prospective partnerships.

Assist in planning corporate wellness and promotional programs.

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Track KPIs related to leads, campaign performance, social engagement, and conversions.

Maintain dashboards and management reports for review by GM Marketing.

Timely execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
