Job Description
DSA Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and activate new DSA across assigned geographics. Build a strong pipeline of quality sourcing partners. Ensure alignment of DSAs with company credit and compliance policies
Relationship Management: Manage and grow relationships with existing DSAs and Key accounts. Act as a single point of contact for partner queries and escalations. Drive partner engagement through regular visits and performance reviews
Business Growth & Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. Drive sourcing of mortgage loans (LAP/Home Loans) and school/institution loans. Monitor funnel metrics: login > sanction > Disbursement
Credit & Quality Control: Ensure sourcing of high quality files with strong underwriting basics. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Operations teams for faster turnaround
Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing, and DSA commission structures. Identify new opportunities in education financing and secured lending segments
Training & Enablement: Train DSA on product features, documentation, and pitch. Conduct field visits and joint customer meetings
