We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Trainee – Internship candidate who is eager to learn sales, client handling, and business development activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a willingness to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Assist in identifying prospective clients
* Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients
* Learn and understand the complete sales process
* Help in maintaining sales pipeline and reports
* Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
* Work towards achieving assigned targets and business goals
Qualifications
* Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in sales, marketing, and business development
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
* Quick learner with positive attitude
* Good presentation and negotiation skills
