We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently while creating a positive experience for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain visitor records and attendance registers.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to different departments.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and office staff for smooth daily operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist HR and management with basic office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
