About Us:
Samatva Nurturing Futures is a multidisciplinary child development and therapy centre supporting children with Autism, ADHD, Speech Delay, Developmental Delay, Learning Disabilities and related conditions. We provide structured therapy programs including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Special Education in a safe and child-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for children
- Plan and provide individual speech therapy sessions
- Work with children having speech delay, autism, ADHD, articulation issues and communication difficulties
- Develop communication goals including expressive and receptive language skills
- Provide feeding therapy / oral motor therapy where required
- Maintain therapy documentation and progress reports
- Guide parents regarding home practice and communication strategies
- Coordinate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and special educators
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
- Experience in pediatric therapy preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in working with special needs children may apply
- Good communication skills and ability to engage children
- Patient, empathetic and team-oriented approach
Working Hours:
- Part-time: 2–5 hours per day
- Flexible working days can be discussed
Compensation:
- Per session payment / revenue sharing model - 60:40
