Assistant Manager / Executive – Learning & Development (Soft skills/Behavioral Trainer)

Education: Graduate in HR, Psychology, Management or related field
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D professional to drive behavioral and soft skills training initiatives across the organization. The role involves training delivery, content creation, and supporting employee capability development for diverse workforce groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver behavioral and soft skills training programs on communication, teamwork, stress management, workplace etiquette, etc.
- Design and develop engaging training content, presentations, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate end-to-end learning interventions.
- Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, including programs for blue-collar employees in Hindi.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain learning records and reports.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive employee development initiatives.
Desired Profile
- 2–6 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Exposure to behavioral, soft skills, or employee development programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create training content and learning materials.
- Comfortable conducting training sessions in Hindi.
- Familiarity with LMS/e-learning tools and certifications in Dale Carnegie, DISC, NLP, ISTD, or Train-the-Trainer programs will be an added advantage.
Candidates from manufacturing, hospitality, retail, aviation industries with strong training and content development experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
