We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with technical teams and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for hiring requirements and feedback.
- Manage offer discussions and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
