About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who knows how to make content that stops the scroll. If you understand trends before they trend and can turn raw clips into engaging Instagram Reels, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels and social media
- Add engaging transitions, effects, captions, and sound design
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, and audio
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to execute ideas
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
Required Skills
- Proficiency in editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Da Vinci
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels format and trends
- Basic motion graphics and text animation skills
- Good sense of music, timing, and storytelling
- Knowledge of color correction and sound editing
- Ability to adapt to different brand styles
Good to Have
- Experience with viral/UGC-style content
- Cinematographer / Videographer then it's an add-on
- Understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics
