Job Title: Executive Assistant
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing business reviews, coordination, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in business review meetings with leadership.
- Prepare and circulate Meeting Agendas in advance, ensuring alignment on discussion points.
- Record accurate and concise Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and share them within defined timelines.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders for closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, data, and inputs for reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of meetings, discussions, and decisions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Ensure effective communication flow between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
