We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of US Staffing experience. Candidates should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT requirements across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.
Required Skills:
- #USITRecruitment/Staffing
- W2, C2C & 1099 hiring
- Visa knowledge (#H1B, #OPT, #CPT, #GC, #USCitizen)
- Experience with #Dice, #Monster, #Indeed, #CareerBuilder, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
