Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with transporters and internal departments, and ensure on-time and error-free dispatches.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch planning and execution.
- Ensure on-time and error-free dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Sales and Accounts teams.
- Prepare dispatch schedules, invoices, delivery documents and related records.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers and logistics partners.
- Verify quantity, product, batch and dispatch documents before loading.
- Monitor vehicle loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain dispatch MIS and daily reports.
- Track pending deliveries and follow up with transporters.
- Ensure proper documentation and stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer/distributor dispatch-related queries.
- Maintain discipline, safety and housekeeping in the dispatch area.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.
Required Skills

✅ FMCG / Food Industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
