About the Role
Inexoft Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Software Support Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in software support, client communication, implementation, and technical troubleshooting.
As a Software Support Executive, you will assist customers with software-related queries, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, generate reports using SQL and Crystal Reports, and ensure a smooth user experience. You will work closely with the development and implementation teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and support software deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding software usage and functionality.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and remote support sessions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring proper follow-up and closure.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Support client onboarding, training, and user guidance programs.
- Generate, customize, and troubleshoot reports using SQL queries and Crystal Reports as per client requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com with Computer Applications, BCA, MCA
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in software support, technical support, customer support, or related roles can also apply.
- Knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Kannur and nearby locations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and business software systems.
- Good knowledge of SQL queries, database concepts, and Crystal Reports.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot software-related issues.

- Familiarity with ERP, billing, accounting, or business management software.
- Experience in software implementation and client training.
- Previous experience in software support, customer support, or technical support roles.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
