Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to support our sales and Project team in the elevator industry. The role involves preparing technical and commercial quotations, coordinating with customers and internal departments, handling technical documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing technical specifications, proposals, and tender documents.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Support the sales and Project team with documentation, MIS reports, and coordination activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD reading is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP/CRM software is a must.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
