Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Floor Management
- Monitor and manage patient flow within the clinic.
- Ensure patients are guided to the appropriate departments, consultation rooms, and diagnostic areas.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the Clinic Manager when required.
- Ensure waiting areas are organized, clean, and comfortable for patients and visitors.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping, attendants, and support staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Allocate duties and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in onboarding and training new support staff.
Facility & Housekeeping Management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all clinic areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of reception, consultation rooms, waiting areas, washrooms, and diagnostic sections.
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors and maintenance teams for corrective actions.
- Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials and consumables.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor adherence to biomedical waste management procedures.
- Report safety hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
- Support audits and quality inspections conducted by management.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate with reception, nursing staff, doctors, and diagnostic teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing crowd control during peak patient hours.
- Maintain records related to housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operational activities.
- Prepare daily reports and submit updates to management.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital, clinic, healthcare, hospitality, or facility management operations.
- Experience in supervising housekeeping or facility staff is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
