Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy SaaS sales professional to drive end-to-end sales for our LegalTech platform (CLM, E-Sign, Legal Ops solutions). This role requires ownership of the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to product demos, negotiations, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct extensive outbound calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
- Identify and engage key stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Finance, CXOs)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
2. Discovery & Solution Selling
- Understand client pain points across contract management, legal operations, and compliance
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to map business needs
- Position the product effectively based on use cases and industry context
3. Product Demonstrations
- Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer requirements
- Translate product features into business value and ROI
- Collaborate with pre-sales/product teams for customized demonstrations (if required)
4. Deal Management & Closure
- Own the complete sales cycle from first touch to closure
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Drive timely follow-ups and stakeholder alignment to close deals
5. Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/customer success teams post-closure
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
6. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity tracking in CRM
- Provide regular forecasts and sales reports
- Track key metrics: conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in SaaS / B2B sales (LegalTech, FinTech, or enterprise software preferred)
- Proven experience in inside sales / outbound calling + end-to-end deal closure
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex products and translate into business value
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients is a plus
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CLM, LegalTech, or enterprise workflow tools
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Understanding of legal/procurement workflows is an added advantage
