Job Overview
- Position: Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
- Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi (In-Office)
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide prospective students and parents regarding various courses, career paths, and educational programs.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound tele-calling inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up diligently with prospective leads.
- Admission Conversion: Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets by understanding requirements and providing the right solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, daily records of student interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in Excel sheets.
Eligibility & Skills Required
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in counseling, tele-calling, front-office, or customer sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
- Languages: Strong command over spoken Hindi and comfortable conversational English.
- Key Skills: Confident personality, active listening, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email), and a result-oriented mindset.
