Job Summary
Astro Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Tamil or English, and Hindi or Malayalam and be passionate about helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and student inquiries in the CRM.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing timely and effective follow-up.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and admission targets.
- Address student queries professionally and build strong relationships.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or education counseling.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil or English or Hindi or Malayalam.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
