Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day floor activities and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance when required
- Assist visitors and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals
- Ensure proper product arrangement and display on the floor
- Address queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the store manager and other departments for smooth workflow
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the floor
- Keep track of stock availability and inform management for replenishment
- Ensure all in-store processes are followed properly
