Job Description
We are seeking dedicated, qualified, and enthusiastic Home Tutors to join our team in Kochi. As a home tutor, you will provide personalized, one-on-one educational support to students in the comfort of their homes, helping them improve their academic performance, build confidence, and achieve their learning goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one academic instruction to students based on their specific curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, etc.).
- Assess the student's academic strengths and weaknesses to create customized lesson plans.
- Help students with homework, school assignments, and exam preparation.
- Teach effective study habits, time-management skills, and exam strategies.
- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to parents.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or a related field (Students pursuing higher education with strong academic records are also welcome to apply).
- Experience: Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Logistics: Must be willing to travel to students' homes within the Kochi area.
